I went away for the weekend, and when I returned the temp probe on my chest freezer was reading
77 degrees (Ranco controller set to 65 with a 3 degree variable) and it was making a gurgling

Yeah, I brew in two 6g carboys.I leave a little bit of head space in em so I can aerate
properly. Which is why I say my batches are roughly 11g total when all is said and done.

I currently boil outdoors in a 20g kettle on a high power propane burner.I'm looking for an
