I kegged this last night. I did add zest from two lemons in the secondary. This beer is
awesome. Doesn't seem to need much for aging. I think it's ready to drink day one. I forced
carbonated of course...

I just brewed this AG recipe last night. I think I'm going to add lemon zest to the secondary
too. Seems like it would be a great summer brew.

There is some small variation in the OD of the coupling, i had to test fit a few before i found
one that fit. When it does fit, it's super tight. I had to tap the coupling in with a rubber

Thanks Gritsak. I was looking at that earlier. Unfortunately I could not fit the 1" coupling in
the chrome drain pipe. So I took the cardboard roll from paper towels and cut it to fit around

I recently built a second heat stick using these instructions. I probably used 2 tsp acetone to
thin out the jb weld to pour into the chrome drain pipe to seal off the electrical connections.

I'm at 1.018, but not rally getting any cinn or ginger flavor...I followed the recipe to a
T....would you add a stick to the primary here and/or some ginger? would I have to boil first?
