I kegged this last night. I did add zest from two lemons in the secondary. This beer is
awesome. Doesn't seem to need much for aging. I think it's ready to drink day one. I forced

I just brewed this AG recipe last night. I think I'm going to add lemon zest to the secondary

I think there is a way to calibrate these temp controllers. Maybe that is what needs to be

There is some small variation in the OD of the coupling, i had to test fit a few before i found
one that fit. When it does fit, it's super tight. I had to tap the coupling in with a rubber

Thanks Gritsak. I was looking at that earlier. Unfortunately I could not fit the 1" coupling in
the chrome drain pipe. So I took the cardboard roll from paper towels and cut it to fit around
