    You can just simply carb using the C02 you are dispensing with. Unless you want to for some
    reason use sugar to carb in the keg...

    I have that done in my basement, I have a fridge on the unfinished side of my basement and I
    ran a line to the finished side and through the wall. It is about a 6 foot run or so with a
    slight incline....
