I just bottled up a pale ale using S-05 , started at 1.055 and ended up at 1.006 , I taste hops
and malt , no real yeast flavor to the beer , I brewed up an IPA using this yesterday so I hope
it tuns ...

I just made a pale ale with one package of s-05 that started at 1.055 and ended at 1.006 after
3 weeks , I was pleased with the out come , one of the better beers I have made

I made a pale ale and due to siphon problems , newbie problems and a host of other issues I
only ended up with 3.5 gallons out of 5, I added 3/4 cup of corn sugar to it before realized

I used this yeast for the first time in an APA , just checked the gravity after 3 weeks in the
Primary , and it went from 1.055 to 1.006 so Im good with that , Im also very happy with the
