  • Own a Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions company
  • Brewed a lot (5 gal a month) in the mid-late nineties before a SWMBO and two kidlets. Got married in 2001 and the kibosh was put on my beer making while I built a business and raised two little ones. Now my oldest is 7 and youngest is 3 and both of them are great crush-monkeys and bottle cappers. My grain mill is [an old corona I've had too long and I need to upgrade but it's their arm getting worn out not mine at least] EDIT: Now a new Rebel Mill. Couldn't be happier with it!

    well, we are stretching out the definition of mead a bit .. I tend to think simply using a
