  This is a great thread. My wife will now try anything that I give her. And she really likes
  wits, hefes, & pale ales. And I make a honey blonde that she loves.

  I'll be racking my Centennial IPA to a keg tonight and hopefully tasting it this weekend!

  Anything by them is good. Red Chair is one of my favorites and we have brewed the clone from
  AHS multiple times.

  We just started as well (2 batches). And with summer upon us we are making our next two a
  hefeweizen as well as a Fat Tire clone. We did a pale ale yesterday. These should get us
  throught a hot Texas ...
