I've since switched to all grain but would happily brew this extract recipe again. At almost a
year in bottles its really taking on the deep rich chewy chocolate taste that I knew it would.

I don't know how bitterness in a mead would be, but a local meadery does two hopped meads that
are just dry hopped and they are both fantastic. sweet are their hopped meads?

It may not be proven but it's pretty the same basis as lemonade mead. I almost exactly copied
this with ale yeast and it came out great. It's gonna be my lawn mower brew.
