    Is a pump required with a counterflow chiller?I've used it with out a pump. But its easier with
    the pump. The wort can be moved with a siphon tho. Or check out chuggerpumps.com

    I use a counter flow chiller. I don't like anything to touch the wort after the boil..

    sources most have fermometers already stuck on.yea its a cheap fix to rip them off and put them
