Brewcephus, Might I ask did you bottle directly from the primary? Also how many weeks old was
it when you bottled and carbed?

I have a 5 gal batch that I started on 4/20/13. Im wanting to bottle it in grolsch bottles

Oh yes, we corked them. This was our first attempt at making wine as well as bottling and using
