I have been using spring water to good results. I just buy 6 gal on brew day and I am set. no
need to pre-boil or any of that good stuff.

I myself have never bottled. I just keg, set pressure to 30 for 2 days then lower pressure to
10 for the rest of the week. I usually am drinking it by day 4.

homebrewing.org usually ships that day. northern brewer is usually the same. austin homebrew
took forever on the other hand.

I just kegged my three hearted ale late sat night and I can't wait. set it to 30 for 2 days and
then backed it down to 10-11 for the next 5. sunday will be a glorious day.
