Just tasted my first try and I used the Brewers Best Smoked Porter. The beer seems a little
over carbonated, and pours like a Guinness...a lot of settling time. Didn't taste bad, but no
    strong flavor ...

Well I've decided to make another batch of cider for now. Once I drink the rest of my cream ale
I think I will get another cream ale kit and kinda doctor it up into an apple cream ale. I
    think cider i...

I cleaned all my bottles prior to bottling day and stored them in my closet. On bottling day I

us cool the wort in the brew pot before transferring to the fermenter. I don't even own a steel
    racking ...

Why "air dry?" Just use a no-rinse sanitizer and bottle right on top of the bubbles - they're
protecting you.No rinse sanitizer works.. I assumed that if a brewing kit was purchased it
    probably didn't...

Yeah the bottling bucket will make the starting and stopping of the bottling process easier.
However I will still have to siphon off of the primary. Do you just tilt the primary slowly to
    get the last...

Not going to be able to give you a guess on drinkability, but I would like to recommend not
using the dishwasher. They harbor bacteria and the insides of the bottles do not get sanitized
    as well as yo...
