You could always put it on Brett. It will break down more of the unfermentables, and then eat
them drying it up. It might add a funk but could be something fun to play with.

I use a pound of cornsugar around 15 min in the boil to dry it out and bump up ABV. I also
think that is what Austin Homebrew supply does when you elect to bump up the ABV 1%.

you need to put it into some brewing software because it is not a linear conversion unless you
do 2 seperate 5 gallon batches.

So I recently purchased this extract kit and some questions. It says to only do a 2.5 gallon
boil. which than gives the estimated IBU's to be about 39 when entered into the Brewing
