  • I started participating on brew day in my early 20's, but spent most of the time drinking beer and lending a hand. Then in my late 20's I met a friend who really became my beer mentor. He started teaching me stuff and I paid attention learning the all grain process. When I moved to PA, I began collecting my own brewery and began with extract and have recently switched back to all grain now that I have my own equipment.
