recirculating too fast, and you can slow down the flow before you get a stuck mash. the port

I have a 20 gal boilermaker with boil coil. Have used it 3 times doing 10.5 gal. in to the
fermenter running at 84% it boils off 2 gal. hr. . So far nothing has stuck to the element. I'm

Your loss to trub and chiller is a lot, 1 gallon is more than I lose. I think Your boil off
rate will be closer to 1.2 gallons an hour.Hope this helps Tom
