    Didn't know that, thanks. It spiked up to 160 so I turned the heat off and it slowly went down
    to 135.It has been fermenting since 5/13 and it smells amazing.

    I don't care for fruit in beer. HOWEVER I do like Corona with lime, I think if you did a
    regular blonde or cream ale and served with a lime wedge in it, that would work. Or just force
    carbonate pee.
