I've watched guy's bottle into plastic bottles with screw on lids on youtube. The plastic
bottles will hold more pressure than glass bottles. I've never tried it though.

I'm brewing a Shiner Bock clone from AHS. It's a mini-mash.OG - 1.050I made a one liter starter
for it. I pitched the starter as soon as it got down to 75 degrees, then I put it in the fridge

If you combine them, you probably won't be able to get them down to 1.008-1.010. Maybe 1.020 or
75% attenuation. With extracts you get a lot of unfermentables which will keep the FG high.
