If you are going to DH 5 gal. Use 1 to 1.5 oz.

When we sell to homebrewers, they are packaged in one pound vacuum sealed bags. +1 for the
Foodsaver! Re-using the bag and vacuum sealing your hops would be the best bet, then storing
them in the free...

Just mashed a similar porter recipe @158. The OG was 1.058. My final runnings were @ 1.030, so
we made 3 loaves of porter bread. Yummy!

IMHO I would also bitter with centennial, but flavor with citra, then the nose would be
