*UPDATE*So its been 1.5 weeks in the secondary and the beer has started to clear up and has a
very faint aroma of pumpkin spice. Most of the nasties have fell out of suspension. Gonna give
1 more week...

The ester profile is definitely set by now. Racking to the secondary was the right move. I
always rack as soon as primary fermentation is over, one week or less.
