  • I'm just getting into home brewing now and would like to perfect certain techniques, eventually with the intent of opening up a small brewing company. My current setup is just a simple single stage glass car boy, as I would like to get as familiar as possible with all steps of the brewing process.
  • I eventually plan to create my own recipes of beer and take it to the next level by distributing to local beer distributors and restaurants, possibly opening up a brewpub in the future.
