  • Several years ago I got a Mr. Beer for Christmas or Birthday, it sucked. This was probably because I wasnt sanitary and fermented way too hot and used plastic water bottles for bottling. Then made a Mead, it rocked. Then my friend got up and left his apartment and they threw out all his stuff, guess where my brewing stuff was. Mid 2011, which was about 4 years later, I started up again. First made Mead, which turned out great, and now beer. I learned my lesson and watch tons of YouTube. I am currently doing parshal mashing, but I am slowly building up so I can one day go to all grain. This a great hobby!!

    I just brewed up a really awesome smash IPA. 13 lbs Belgium Pilsner with lots of mosaic hops
    and Wyeast German Ale yeast.2oz at 601 at 15 2 at flame out2 dry hop
