You could also use Coopers carbonation drops for a small amount of bottling: drop one in each
bottle before you fill.

Pol's got it. Since the system is always at 170 when I kick the PID to manual mode for the
boil, time is actually a little less. I think Pol and I both found that a 5 gal boil is about
the max for 120...

With a 120V 2000W heating element, how long does it take to come up to a boil? What is your
usual pre-boil volume, 5 gallons?Awesome system..... you have my wheels spinning.

It does say food grade material. If you don't trust them, check mfg name on bottom of bucket
and google it. That's a good idea. I'm not sure if I trust them or not. :)Might be a little
small for a 5G ...
