    ABOUT ME

  • Starting Jan of 2012. Bought a kit for my boyfriend from the local U-brew store...the rest is history!
As of right now we are just brewing from an apartment and just recently bought a kegerator. We are looking forward to getting it up and running, so we can stop bottling/ cleaning bottle every two weeks!!

Always looking for more fun exciting brews to make and drink!
  • Our next big brew plans would be a Barley Wine, some sort of Christmas/holiday ale, both to enjoy and give as gifts, also I would love to do either a cherry sour or a cherry cider.
  • 1-Coffee Choc Stout
2-aprihop clone (kind of mesh of two recipes)
3-1 gal sour from a centennial blonde.
  • Saison.
  • 1-Pecan chai porter
    2-Pirate ale
    3-centennial blonde
    4-60 min clone
  • Nothing yet!!!!

I am a huge IPA lover, and was not a fan of the Ruthless Rye. Perhaps try some kind of IPA
collaboration. Deschutes (OR) makes a White IPA or Dogfish head's Aprihop may be an interesting
    route to try....

You will be surprised how much more carbonation you get after 3 weeks vs 1 week. And even more
surprised about the difference from 3 weeks vs 5 weeks...just try to be patient, although I
