    Brewed 5-12 and the 1332 took off nicely. It's been three days since I pitched and my basement
    smells wonderful. I can say that it smelled and looked like beer in my flask.

    You need to understand circuits to answer that question. A potentiometer of any kind will work
    in theory, as they just increase resistance on the circuit, but the wrong kind can either not
    fully shut ...

    Well the day after my last post the top almost blew off. Quick goat thinking, I rigged a
