Don't mean to be dense, but I see that 1375w will not be efficient for boiling. However, still
unsure if I was doing the element + propane to get up to boil, then cutting the propane once a
good boil ...

If one were to go the 5500W element running on 120V 15A circuit, could you reach a boil with
propane and maintain it with just the element? Same for mash temperature, but if it could hold
a boil it co...

Edit, I think I'm going to try 120v, as I would be limited to my garage with 240v.

Good thing I ordered the ball locks. I assumed you could unscrew all the plastic molded
shelves. Not so! I will leave them as they seem to fit with ball locks?

Thanks! I plan on removing the interior door moldings and replacing with a flat sheet of
plastic to hold the seal on.Pin locks seem to be a bit cheaper, but I think from other
