  • I stripped down my processes and started kegging in 2010, due to a busy work schedule. I found that I actually enjoyed the hobby more if I keep things relatively simple and focus on strong fundamentals.

    *No-chill (for all but lagers)
    *Dry yeast when possible (S-04 is my go-to)
