I stripped down my processes and started kegging in 2010, due to a busy work schedule. I found that I actually enjoyed the hobby more if I keep things relatively simple and focus on strong fundamentals.
*No-chill (for all but lagers)
*Dry yeast when possible (S-04 is my go-to)

That's a good idea. You can get these at Lowes, if you have one close by. It's basically a
Metro Shelving style rack. My Lowes sells the individual components. I'll have to check on

I have two corny kegs I use for fermentation. I cleaned and sanitized one after use and I guess
