    I am brewing a double IPA this weekend with a O.G 1.086. The yeast I'm using is Wyeast 1272 I'm
    making a starter but was wondering if I should use 2 yeast packets. Any thoughts ....?

    WLP Belgian Wit 400 definitely a slow start but by late Saturday it kicked started and been
    pumping out yea...

    I've used WLP 400 a few times the only big thing I could say is that is a slow starter. Be
    patient and keep your temps where it needs to be 65-75. Primary 3-4 weeks.
