    Brewing a batch right now. Added LME. Got hung up trying to prevent boil over. Boiled for 40
    min. Went to add second hops and noticed I completely forgot the DME. Damn!! Threw it in, now

    My yeast starter is in the warmest room in the house at 69 degrees. This is Wisconsin. Do I
