Brewing a batch right now. Added LME. Got hung up trying to prevent boil over. Boiled for 40
min. Went to add second hops and noticed I completely forgot the DME. Damn!! Threw it in, now

Ext, going to brew brewers best summer ale. Was a huge success next year after adding ginger
and coriander. The kit comes with a dry yeast packet. Should I stick with that or can you

My yeast starter is in the warmest room in the house at 69 degrees. This is Wisconsin. Do I
