I can't get behind using star San for bottles. I wash them with a bottle brush the run them
thought the rinse cycle in the dishwasher.

Yeah 6 points off of OG? I'd leave that one alone. Funny thing for me is I have been exceeding

You might get a bit of that burnt taste in your final beer, but that's about the worst that can
happen. Swing by Target/Wal-Mart and get one of these guys for the future to keep your bag off
