  • where do i start.about 16 yrs ago i had my first taste of home made wine that my auntie made and i have been making wine ever since.i got a country wine recipe book from the library by mollie harris.a great book as she doesn't use any additives.i make wine from flowers, herbs and fruit and have tried many recipes over the years and i still have loads to try.last week i bottled 4 gallons of lemonbalm and mint and even managed to do up some nice labels on the computer.i have got 12 gallons of wine left to bottle, rhubarb, gooseberry and blackcuurant but have to collect bottles from the neighbours.
  • this month my first batch will be 5 gallons of gorse flower.a gorgeous wine which will be ready to drink come august.i'm getting married then and alot of my wine is being saved for that not all but some.
  • 4 gallons of lemonbalm and mint this year with 4 gallons of blackcurrant,4 gallons of rhubarb and 4 gallons of gooseberry still to do.
  • nothing haven't had much luck with beer.
