    about 55% eff...

Thanks everyone, I just went with some concentrate that only has ascorbic acid and citric acid
in maybe two of the flavors I used. Hope it all works out. I haven't been on here for a long
    time; not th...

Anybody know about malic acid (for tartness)?

  • Posted in thread: Fermentation inhibiting preservatives?? on 02-16-2011 at 06:49 PM
Thanks for the quick replies. I'm using it in the initial fermentation so I definitely don't
    want potassium sorbate.
