    after iv dried/toasted the buckwheat, I crush it and put it in a grain bag, then slowly bring
    water to a boil (2 hrs). mostly for colour/flavour. sugar comes from teh rice syrup

    Just a quick question. My parents used to do alot of canning (jams and other things) so I have
