This was fantastic. Sweet, floral and delicious. It definitely jazz a strong alcohol backbone,
but isn't so much that it detracts from anything.

I used 3711 exclusively for my saisons last summer. It will really dry the beer out. It was

As long as your wort stays clean, it will be fine. The biggest risk will be that of infection,
but if you were sanitary and careful don't worry.
