Doh, so I brewed 15g of beer last Saturday. Wednesday night I noticed that the beer was burping
along at 16c so I turned on the heat to set it to 18c.Checked it 1x or 2x and all was good.

Use the calculator at Northern Brewers ( if u use the Style dropdown it tells you the
suggested volume for each style.

About my 5th time making this recipe, has always been a success.This time however, i have 10g

Kal, i used the numbers from your site. The only one i had to change was FLT. I set my Target
to 154, the water was at 144. I set AT to 2 and about 15min later the water is now at 176, i

The gold I won with this beer was four months old in the keg.Well I'm not sure but I think

Out of curiosity, I kegged this about 1 week ago. It was lagered for 2 months. Will it hurt the
flavour to let it sit in the keg for 1-2 months while I burn through my current pipeline?

I'm curious, I have a fairly decent pipeline right now so I'm wondering, if I brew this, will
it suffer at all if it sat in a keg for 1-3 months? Ie dissipating flavors?
