It is crystal clear. And when it was started looked like mud from the fresh pressed apples. I
think it's good to transfer to keg and allow to age a bit.

So I used 2 gallons of fresh pressed cider and a vile of wlp007. I fermented at 70 for 2 days

ok, should i go back to 70 degrees? yeah mine went from .80 to .10 in 7 days... it dumped out
