  ok, should i go back to 70 degrees? yeah mine went from .80 to .10 in 7 days... it dumped out
  the hose like half a gallon!

  I used wyeast 3787..The recipe was from the brewing classic styles book... the fermentation
  method is from that recipe. its still in the carboy but i crashed it... can I raise it back up
  for a few day...
