I hit target gravity, so I assume the original gravity was spot on (it was an extract kit).

Do you know if a poorly ”mixed” wort will have problems fermenting (aside from

Regarding stirring up the wort: I know you're supposed to do it in order to aerate, but other
than aeration and inaccurate OG reading, will the beer ferment properly?
