I hit target gravity, so I assume the original gravity was spot on (it was an extract kit).

Do you know if a poorly ”mixed” wort will have problems fermenting (aside from

Regarding stirring up the wort: I know you're supposed to do it in order to aerate, but other

@A R Josh: Thanks dude. I did everything by the numbers so it was a little unsettling; if there
was a problem I legitimately would not have known when/how it occurred.
