I run ProMash thru Wine on Linux. Works great. I know you would have to pay $20 for it.

IMO for 5 gal batches you need 10 gal kettle. I would incourage you to consider MagaPots. I
would say spigot is must have and thermometer is nice to have. Check MegaPots at Midwest Supply

I'd just set up a github for this. Yeah, syncing is manual but it allows you greater control,
you can look at previous versions of all your files, and if you delete something by mistake
it's still in ...
