    Thanks for the reply :)I ended up adding .3 oz on the second addition, and the remaining .3oz
    at 5 minutes. Should be interesting. If it sucks, I'll just have to start over!

    So I'm brewing this as we speak (extract version) and just added the first Centennial hops and
    realized my LHBS idiot employee totally blew the hop measurements. I just added .9 oz instead
    of the .25....
