  • I was exposed to homebrewing for the first time after walking into my local wine shop and finding the owner to be a local aficianado of the science. Through that exposure I have since found a passion for homebrewing and continue to strive to enjoy and improve my results in the craft. rnrnrnI am currently brewing 5 gallon all-grain batches using my variation of DeathBrewer's stove-top all-grain process. This process will continue until I complete my (still in design phase) electric HERMS brewery.
