    That looks like a normal krausen. Some beers ferment more vigorously than others. What kind of

    Whatever you do, just be sure to add your mace in the secondary rather than during the boil
    otherwise it won't impart any of its flavor.

    Yeah, they make priming tabs where you basically just put one in each bottle. You can also just
    put regular priming sugar in each bottle. I don't remember the amount but I think it's are
    1/2tsp.
