did they have you add a bunch of campden or something? If so they may be having you wait for
that to dissipate.

I probably never see this happen because I do cold crash. Fresh is good for IPA. I'd listen to
the advice saying measure for 3 days then bottle if SG is stable and good.

You mean you are at 1.006? If that is the case it is a little low but not crazy. 1.006 is only
.004 away from 1.01. The mash temp would be the cause as you stated. Nothing to be too worried
about but ...
