  • Hiding in the mountains of Colorado to avoid grad school back in Boston as long as possible, Ive turned into a huge beer fan in the last 7 or so years... Or basically since I could afford something better than Keystone. Always wanted to brew, but since I started working in a restaurant that has 24 beers on tap, besides PBR and New Belgium all are great brews, currently we are running gems such as Abyss and Midas Touch, Ive finally dove into brewing... well so far its more of a belly-flop

    I know both Pliny and Enjoy by don't use Citra, just like the hop profile of those beers and
    had a lot of Citra lying around. I dont want to knock a beer or a brewery, but I was not a huge
