    I think the best kit I brewed was an Ironmaster light American but I don't think they make it
    anymore.

    No worries, I use a hop spider for the boil and a nylon bag for dry hopping. I also made the
    batch size 6 gallons just to be sure and I am using a yeast cake from a previous low gravity
    brew.
