    BRY-97 is a slow starter. Not rehydrating with a 1.060 isn't going to do it any favours. Be
    patient, it will take a while to get going then go directly to turbo mode. Re-pitching from a
    slurry doesn't...

    Used BRY-97 for my first time on Monday. Brewed the Brewers Best Pacific Coast IPA. OG was
    1.060 and had to run to the hardware store to purchase a sink adapter to use my wort chiller...

    That should work fine. If you have any worries about off flavors, you can clean the yeast.
