Hi all, So, I'm planning to try and make some wine. I have a ton of fresh grapes, right off the

BRY-97 is a slow starter. Not rehydrating with a 1.060 isn't going to do it any favours. Be

Used BRY-97 for my first time on Monday. Brewed the Brewers Best Pacific Coast IPA. OG was
1.060 and had to run to the hardware store to purchase a sink adapter to use my wort chiller...

First ever all grain brew went okay...got a stuck sparge but hit everything on mark. Was happy
that I ended with exactly 5 gallons after my full boil.

That should work fine. If you have any worries about off flavors, you can clean the yeast.

I guess the only thing to worry about if something 'fermented' (fermentation actually stopped
long ago...its just conditioning in the same vessel now to be technically correct) for a long
