    That should work fine. If you have any worries about off flavors, you can clean the yeast.

    A cool dark place will be perfect. Also, I always let my bottles sit 3 weeks to fully
    carbonate. Patience is key.

    Sanitize the hydrometer, and put it in your primary. That's what I do.
