    Yeah I read that same article like 2-3 days ago and intended to roast them do remove those
    oils. Just wondering if I should chop them up first or what. They are de-shelled already.

    Speaking of sparkloid make sure to dump it in while still hot! It doesn't say that on the
    package.... I let mine cool just a little and ended up with a brown turd in mine lol... But it
