My LHBS carries rhizomes till mid april. I bought three rhizomes for $3 a piece at the begining
of March. So, you might try or atleast call your LHBS.

I racked my beer to the secondary 2 days ago. I made sure my primary fermentation was complete.
So, there should not be any activity in there but the the airlock looks like there is some type

It's amazing how many LHBS do not carry Nottingham. They are losing out. I buy 4-6 packs at a
time and keep it on hand all the time. It's a great yeast and works great if you get a stuck

yes Fender washer is a term used for larger washers that are zinc coated or SSSo, in other
words the 5/8" flat wont work.

I also have a 20qt pot and my next biggest one is an 8qt but my water filtration system also
has a heater and I can get about a gallon out of that @ about 160F. I was going to mash at a
ratio of 1.5 h...
